Health Care Motivational Speaker

Do You Need A Motivational Speaker for Your Healthcare Group?

Health Care Motivational Speaking

From me (Amy Dee Kristensen):

You all got into health care because you wanted to make a lot of money, right? <chuckles> No, you go into health care because you wanted to make a difference! <applause>

I am eager to work with health related groups, and believe I am particularly well suited to help motivate and inspire these types of groups.

First, I am a nurse. I work in health care. I have worked in hospitals, and in mental health facilities. I have worked with patients of diverse ages and needs. I have served children, teens, adults, and seniors.

Health Care Motivational Speaking Experience

I am am also experienced working with many health care groups. You can browse some of my past healthcare motivational speaking engagements, as well as my work with all types of groups. You can also hop over to another page to see what the Iowa Health Care Association (and others) had to say about my work.

Female Motivational Speaker Advantages

What Are The Advantages of Engaging a Female Motivational Speaker For A Women’s Group?

A lot of the big name speakers tend to be men, though I can certainly think of several women who are very active in the field.  If you need to engage a speaker, entertainer, or workshop facilitator for a women’s group, or a group that has a majority of female members, I believe you should strongly consider inviting a woman!

Been There! Done That!

Men and women share a lot of common issues. But there are some connections that women seem to make with each other more naturally. Issues of motherhood, being a wife, and being a daughter are some common examples. In addition, a speaker with a maternal approach may appeal to your group more than a paternal approach.

Inspiration From A Female Role Model and Mentor

Are you looking for a speaker who will inspire and egage a largely female group? Many women find it easier to picture another female as a role model. They are likely to be engaged, and also to think, “If SHE can do it, so can I!”

The woman speaker will seem approachable, familiar, and be better able to make a connection to the audience. Your audience may be better able to identify with a woman.

Of course, many men will also enjoy watching a woman motivational speaker! They may be less threatened and more entertained and engaged by a woman. That is especially true if that woman is charming and fun!

Are You Planning An Event?

I urge you to review my speaking topics, and especially my female motivational speaking subjects.  You can always contact me for more information. I am flexible and open to working with your own unique group.
